A&D Auto Solutions LLC provides automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, inspections, and related services. All repairs and services are subject to vehicle inspection and approval.
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional repairs or parts may be required once work begins. Customers will be contacted for approval before additional charges are incurred whenever possible.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We reserve the right to retain possession of a vehicle until all authorized charges have been paid in full, as permitted by law.
A&D Auto Solutions LLC may install new, remanufactured, aftermarket, or used parts depending on customer authorization and availability. Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and supplier.
Customers will be notified when their vehicle is ready for pickup. Vehicles not picked up within 24 hours of notification may be subject to a storage fee of $150 per day unless other arrangements have been approved by management.
A&D Auto Solutions LLC is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden damage, manufacturer defects, or failures unrelated to services performed.
The company is not liable for loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from their vehicles before service. A&D Auto Solutions LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left inside vehicles.
